Magnolia Library is a place where children come to work, learn, and explore. It provides services to children and teachers as part of a comprehensive educational experience. The student services are designed to assist the learner in his/her ability to find, evaluate, generate, and apply information.  Information literacy skills that are appropriate for each grade level are taught within the classroom teacher’s curriculum. These skills are woven throughout the elementary school curriculum. The staff of the Library provides the student with materials and guidance for classroom assignments, pleasure reading, and general information. The Library Media Program fosters a love of reading and research. The library media specialist teaches information literacy collaboratively aligned with classroom curriculum.  Our goal is to develop a community of responsible, life-long learners and readers. The Library Media Center is open to all students throughout the school day. We have an automated circulation system and automated catalog. The library collection is connected to student macbooks and is only available while on campus.
